As a curious 11 year old that had dyslexia, Sile didn't learn the same as other students in her school, so She went to work in a kitchen to learn in a very different way. As a result Sile was leading a section of the kitchen by the age of 16 and it brought her on a journey of learning and development that now sees her specialising in leadership, development, coaching and psychology.
